SURCORA is a project formed by Codi Coghlan and Nicolás Gómez, a duo of music producers and DJs who create music using the sampling technique of vocals, rhythms, and grooves from funk, disco, afrobeat, dub, hip-hop, electronic, and Latin American music, incorporating both vintage and contemporary sounds.
The use of rhythm machines, synthesizers, and instruments is always present in their productions. Their diversity of presentation formats, ranging from live sets with Ableton Live to DJ and hybrid sets with controllers, turntables, and instruments, makes each show unique.
